This Department has extensive experience in providing advice for the registration, follow up and protection of copyrights, including, invention, utility, and industrial design patents, trademarks, trade names and copyrights. Additionally, this Department carries out all steps for registering trademarks and patents, also exercising nullity in the event of litigation. In addition to carrying out the negotiation and preparation of the license agreements for industrial property and intellectual property, prepare and submit before the competent authorities, applications for registration of copyrights, and has also developed expertise in matters related to the Internet.
