Also, assistance is provided for drafting documents as required, such as filing of commercial lawsuits whether for bills of exchange, promissory notes, commercial agreements and derivatives, execution of mortgage, pledge or personal guarantees, credit control, collection efforts and bankruptcy and insolvency processes, among others.
