The Department of Financial Law maintains active advisory services to banks and financial institutions and all fields of insurance, as of promotion and incorporation of the institute, the functioning, operation and provides advice in dealing with the Office of the Superintendent of Banks and with the Office of the Superintendent of Insurance.

In the financial area assistance is provided to companies in order to design financial or product strategies that will allow them to satisfy their requirements. The companies are provided with advisory services on any activities involving participation of the National Securities Committee.

Lastly, clients are given advice on the exchange control regime currently in force in the country.
