This Department has provided consulting services to foreign telecommunications companies that have invested in Venezuela, and also to the formation of joint ventures; and also provides advisory services to corporations for the acquisition and sale of shares in the most renowned national telecommunications companies, as well as for the acquisition of other companies and assets. Additionally, this Department offers advisory services for negotiating and entering into technology transfer agreements for different telecommunications companies.
This Department has the capacity to carry out the necessary steps before government agencies on behalf of clients to obtain required permits and licenses to operate.
